The data on this site, and therefore the data downloaded to GPS units, is obtained from multiple third parties. Cache Zone, the operator of this site, has no control over the accuracy or reliability of this data. For example the street maps are from the OpenStreetMap project, which is freely editable by anyone. Therefore all data is provided "as-is" and without any warranty, express or implied. By using the data you agree to hold Cache Zone harmless from any loss, injury or death sustained from using the data. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Please note that the maps generated are not routable. The size of maps you can use may be limited by the amount of free memory inside your GPS unit. The representation of maps on the website may differ from the display of maps on your GPS unit. The map uses the file name "gmapsupp.img", therefore it will replace any existing map using this name. Typically this is not the base map or Garmin installed topo maps/street maps.
In order to share server resources, after five maps have been generated by a user from an IP address, only one map per hour can be generated for the remainder of the day. Generated maps are available for a maximum of 30 minutes after generation.
Cache Zone reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue the services provided by this website at any time and without notice.
Cache Zone reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time and for any reason within the limits of applicable laws.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Germany. These terms and conditions may change at any time and without notice. Be sure to read before generating a map.
By checking/ticking the acceptance box when generating a map, you indicate your acceptance to these terms and conditions. If you do not like these terms and conditions you do not have to use this webiste.
